Finland — Keva and Axiom Advisors have established a new real estate investment company, Selena Kiinteistöt Ky. A total of 18 commercial properties directly owned by Keva will be transferred to the company. These properties are located mainly in the Helsinki metropolitan area, as well as in Tampere, Turku, Vaasa, and Kuopio. The combined leasable area of the properties is approximately 182,000 sqm.

Finland — JLL is expanding its Debt & Financial Advisory service to Finland in order to respond to the growing demand. Eemeli Lehto has been appointed to lead the Debt & Financial Advisory service of JLL Finland.

Finland — JLL announced that Klaus Koponen will join the firm as Head of Corporate Solutions in Finland. Based in Helsinki, Koponen will be responsible for the strategic development and growth of the occupier-focused business which helps clients create, shape and manage the future of work by enhancing the performance of their workplaces, real estate portfolios and people.

Finland — JLL has announced that Tero Lehtonen has been appointed as CEO of JLL Finland to succeed Christian Hohenthal who will leave in January 2020 to join Sponda plc as CEO. Sponda is majority owned by real estate funds managed by Blackstone.
