Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement to sell Gängtappen 1 in Dockan to Länsförsäkringar Skåne’s property company, Länshem Skåne. The sale will make it possible for Länsförsäkringar Skåne to gradually move its headquarters from Helsingborg to Dockan in Malmö.

Denmark — On 1 July, Wihlborgs acquired the Hørkær 12 property in Herlev and the Brydehusvej 30 property in Ballerup, a total of 17,000 square meters.

Sweden — Wihlborgs signed an agreement to sell the Landsdomaren 6 property in Lund encompassing a total of 27,500 sqm of lettable area to Intea for SEK 1.4 billion (EUR 133M).

Sweden — Wihlborgs has completed another major acquisition through the purchase of the property known as Tretornfabriken in central Helsingborg encompassing a total lettable area of 51,000 sqm.

Sweden — The City of Malmö has signed a ten-year lease with Wihlborgs for 8,200 sqm in central Malmö for the medical, health and social care administration (HVO).

Denmark — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement to sell two properties in Copenhagen totalling 17,400 sqm to Viscop Ejendomsselskab, a part of Copi Group and Vision Properties.

Sweden — Skanska has signed an agreement with Wihlborgs Fastigheter to build a new office building, Prisma, at the central station in Helsingborg.

Sweden — Wihlborgs acquires two office properties in Lund from Vasakronan for SEK 1.26 billion (EUR 120M).

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement for the acquisition of the Nya Vattentornet 3 property in Lund with a lettable area of 21,700 sqm, comprising primarily office space. The transaction price is MSEK 570 (EUR 55M).
