Obos takes over housing project left by JM

In competition with eleven other bidders, Obos Nya Hem submitted the highest bid for a condominium project in Hammarbyhöjden in Stockholm. The project previously belonged to JM, which, however, at a late stage chose not to enter into an agreement on development. Now, instead, Obos will build 150 new condominiums within the project.
