The project comprises a new office building with one basement level and four office floors, totaling approximately 3,300 square metres (GFA). The building will feature high-quality materials and solutions throughout.

The project will be delivered through a collaborative contracting model with an open-book approach.

The basement level will accommodate parking facilities, technical rooms, storage areas and changing facilities, while floors 1 through 4 will be dedicated to office space.

The client, Tertnes Holding, will occupy its own premises in the new building in Åsane.

Construction work on site is scheduled to commence in February next year, with completion planned by the end of November 2028. The contract will be included in Veidekke's order backlog for the fourth quarter of 2026.
