Thirteen years since the start – Altra's plans set for fourth review

Sweden Sweden — Plus article Since 2013 the Bryggeriet quarter in Malmö's inner city has been the subject of development, and when Altra Fastigheter took over the project in 2017, they had to wait eight years before the detailed plan was finally adopted in 2025. However, the Land and Environmental Court annulled the plan in February 2026, citing that the plan proposal had been changed in significant parts after a review had been completed, without a new review having been carried out. So now a fourth review needs to be carried out of the plan that consists of 300 new homes, commercial premises and a preschool.
