“Net rental has been really negative”

The overall demand for office space has been weak for several years and in the country's two largest office markets, Citymark's latest measurements show that central Stockholm has a vacancy rate that has leveled off at just over eleven percent, while it has exceeded 13 percent in central Gothenburg. However, the situation is expected to brighten somewhat in the future and Citymark's head of analysis Tor Borg tells Nordic Property News what mechanisms lie behind that forecast, while also talking about possible obstacles ahead.
