Sweden — Volvo Cars has decided to consolidate its competences and resources in Sweden into fewer locations by moving most of the responsibilities from the office in Stockholm to the company's headquarters in Gothenburg. The Stockholm office is located in AMF Fastigheter's Mood mall, where Volvo Cars rents 7,000 square meters, and the office will close on March 1, 2027. However, AMF Fastigheter is already in dialogue with potential tenants about the upcoming vacant spaces, Jenny Sivervik, market area manager at AMF Fastigheter, tells Nordic Property News.
