CBRE: "The first half of the year has been a statement of strength"

The first half of 2026 generated an impressive transaction volume of SEK 80 billion on the Swedish property market, an increase of 150 percent compared to the corresponding period in 2025. CBRE's Head of Research Maryrose David sees the first half of the year as a message of strength from the Swedish market, but warns that global uncertainty and rising interest rates may dampen development during the remainder of the year.
