Roger Akelius does not believe there is any reason for Castellum to own a single property in Finland, Denmark or Norway, he says in an interview with EFN Finansmagasinet. Currently, four per cent of Castellum’s portfolio is located in Denmark and five per cent in Finland.

If Roger Akelius gets his wishes, properties and shares worth just under SEK 20 billion would be sold.
