Sweden — Klövern has completed the acquisition of a residential project within the Årsta 1:1 property at Årstafältet, one of Stockholm's major urban development areas. The project comprises approximately 380 homes and 10,000 square meters of commercial space next to the new city park. Construction is scheduled to start at the turn of the year 2027/2028 with estimated completion in 2030–2031.
