Sweden — Åsa Nikitidis, Project Manager at Hemsö, has won the prestigious title Årets Unga Fastighetskvinna 2026 (Young Woman in Real Estate of the Year). She won the award in competition with finalists Josefin Holm, Director, Occupier Accounts at CBRE, and Fanny Fröjd, Head of Project Management Corporates at JLL.
