Denmark — Alma Property Partners and AG Gruppen have sold the residential property Smedekær in Albertslund (greater Copenhagen) to PenSam. Smedekær is approximately 15,600 sqm distributed across 200 rental apartments and was the first completed project in the larger transformation of the Hersted Industripark into Albertslund's new vibrant district with housing, businesses, and green areas.

Denmark — Movinn and AG Gruppen have signed a long term master lease agreement on a 94 unit commercial development project in Copenhagen. The property is conceptually planned to have hotel / serviced apartments, a wellness area and shared workspace.

Now the partnership has reached another agreement; this time on the construction of 87 sustainable homes in Ørestad South. The project is being built under the name Fælledkarréen, and construction is underway. The new homes will be ready for occupancy in the second half of 2022.
