Prisma makes its first acquisition in Finland

Finland Finland — Prisma Properties has signed an agreement to acquire a new retail property in Ylivieska, Finland. The acquisition is being made through a forward funding structure together with Finnish project developer Wasagroup, at an underlying project value of EUR 20.5 million. The property comprises approximately 11,000 square metres of leasable space with an annual rental value of approximately EUR 1.5 million.
