Sweden — D Carnegie has completed the largest Swedish transaction in 2017 when the acquired 27 properties from Akelius for SEK 2.47 billion (EUR 251M). In addition D Carnegie acquires four properties from Mimer for MSEK 765 (EUR 78M).

Sweden — The price is EUR 82M. The 19 properties are located in various London locations.

Denmark — The eleven properties are located in the southern part of Copenhagen, on Amagerbrogade on Amager, three kilometres from Copenhagen central station.

Denmark — Akelius buys 183 apartments in Copenhagen for a total of EUR 65M.

Denmark — Swedish Akelius has acquired three properties in central Copenhagen for the price of MDKK 321.5 (EUR 43M). Akelius plans to upgrade all of the apartments to First Class.
