Denmark — Capman Real Estate took over the management of a high street retail portfolio in Copenhagen owned by two German pension funds. The portfolio consists of six prime commercial properties located in the heart of Copenhagen.

Nordic — Over the past 12 months, Capman Real Estate has strengthened its asset management organisation with ten new hires and several promotions. This follows the appointment of Juhani Erke as Chief Asset Management Officer (CAMO) last year.
