Capman Real Estate is pleased to announce several key appointments and promotions. Aleksi Konsti has taken on the role of Head of Finland, overseeing investments and asset management in Finland, effective June 1, 2025. He will succeed Juhani Erke, who will now focus on leading Nordic asset management activities.
The Asset Management organisation has been established in all countries, including a new Head of Asset Management, Finland, starting in August 2025. Additionally, Kajsa Bagler has been promoted to Head of Asset Management, Sweden, and Alex Jacobsson to Head of Asset Management, Denmark.
In addition, the Asset Management Team has grown with six new hires over the past six months in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, in both commercial and residential assets, to strengthen the local teams and manage our growing portfolio.
To support their growing hotel assets under management, Capman Real Estate have expanded the team outside Finland, especially in Stockholm, through key hires and promotions across investment and asset management roles.
