Sweden — Hines has announced the acquisition of a significant industrial portfolio in Sweden on behalf of its Hines European Core Fund (HECF). The transaction comprises eight assets located in prime submarkets across Gothenburg and Stockholm and represents Hines’ second industrial acquisition in Sweden following the firm’s entry into the Swedish market in 2024.

Nordic — Hines continues to strengthen its team in the Nordics. After Staffan Unge took on the role of Head of the Nordics, the next key player is now in place with the recruitment of Alexander Sjögren.
