The American company Hines is taking another step in the Nordics. In January, the company announced that Staffan Unge was appointed as the new Head of the Nordics, succeeding James Robson. Following Staffan Unge, the company has now secured another prestigious recruitment for its Nordic team.

This time, Alexander Sjögren joins the company's transaction team. He comes from his own business and has previously worked for several years at EQT and Nordanö (when it was still called Leimdörfer), at the latter workplace alongside Staffan Unge.

“In my opinion, Hines offers a unique combination of an experienced team with extensive global reach, plenty of dry powder, an appetite for the entire risk/return spectrum, and a clear ambition to grow significantly in the Nordics. The combination of these factors makes Hines well-positioned to create great value here in the Nordics for investors and other stakeholders. Furthermore, it is, of course, exciting to work with Staffan again, nine years later,” says Alexander Sjögren.

“I am really looking forward to working with Alexander again. He is a fantastic addition to our Nordic team and complements our transaction team very well,” says Staffan Unge.

Alexander Sjögren started in his new role on March 3.
