Denmark — Slättö, through its logistics and industrial platform Evolv, has made its first investment in the logistics segment in Denmark. The firm has acquired a portfolio of two logistics properties in Greve, located in supply-constrained Greater Copenhagen, and Odense, in a sale-and-leaseback transaction.

Denmark — Slättö broadens its footprint in Denmark by acquiring a vacant and outdated office building on Halmtorvet square in central Copenhagen, to be transformed into a tech-enabled lifestyle hotel under a long-term lease with operator Bob W.

Denmark — Niam has divested three office buildings in Denmark, all within 20-minutes drive from central Copenhagen. Together the properties comprise about 32,600 sqm of gross lettable area.

Denmark — Logicenters continues to strengthen its portfolio in the Danish market by the acquisition of a 17,400 sqm facility in the attractively located logistics hub of Brøndby. The current tenant Mediq Danmark A/S will retain its business in the property.
