Sweden — Infrahubs signs agreement to sell major new parcel terminal under construction in Jönköping County to Blackrock’s European value-add real estate strategy.

Sweden — Postnord is investing SEK 1.1 billion in a new high-tech and sustainable terminal for parcel and pallet handling in Vaggeryd, Jönköping County, in southern Sweden. The terminal will be able to process 25,000 parcels per hour, making it the highest-capacity facility in Sweden.

Sweden — Infrahubs has signed an agreement to sell a new large logistics property under construction in Jönköping to a fund managed by Blackrock.

Sweden — Catella invests MSEK 500 to develop a logistic property in the municipality of Norrköping together with the former owners of Royal Design. The transaction is conditional on the granting of building permits.
