Denmark — Alma Property Partners and AG Gruppen have sold the residential property Smedekær in Albertslund (greater Copenhagen) to PenSam. Smedekær is approximately 15,600 sqm distributed across 200 rental apartments and was the first completed project in the larger transformation of the Hersted Industripark into Albertslund's new vibrant district with housing, businesses, and green areas.
