Sweden — The Swedish Fortifications Agency acquires seven properties from Specialfastigheter for a value of SEK 8.2 billion (EUR 747 million) and a total area of 180,000 square meters. The deal includes, among other things, the Swedish Armed Forces Headquarters on Lidingövägen, the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration's (FMV) headquarters Tre Vapen at Gärdet in Stockholm, and the Swedish Defence Research Agency's (FOI) headquarters in Kista.
