Nordic — Heimstaden Bostad becomes the largest private residential property owner in the Czech Republic.

Nordic — Heimstaden Bostad AB announces the acquisition of a German residential portfolio consisting of 25 assets with 599 residential units, 48 commercial units and 36 parking spaces.

Nordic — Heimstaden AB has acquired a Dutch residential portfolio consisting of 18 assets comprising of 772 residential units, 6 smaller commercial units and 25 parking units. The portfolio consists of 53,900 sqm lettable area in total. The seller is Patrizia AG.

Sweden — The acquisition underlines Heimstaden’s focus on local expertise and being present with own organisation in its strategic markets.

Sweden — Heimstaden has entered into an agreement to acquire properties in the Netherlands at a purchase price of EUR 1.4 billion and transfer of properties and agreements on property projects in Denmark and Sweden at a value of SEK 16 billion to its subsidiary Heimstaden Bostad.

Denmark — Heimstaden makes a another acquisition from Bach Gruppen and buys a project property containing 111 apartments located in the development area Bryggens Bastion, in central Copenhagen. The 7,900 sqm property is under construction and is expected to be completed by the summer of 2020.

Denmark — Christian Fladeland, the youngest partner of the 13 Colliers partners in Denmark, is leaving Colliers to become Chief Investment Officer with Heimstaden. He joined the company, then Sadolin & Albæk, 12 years ago.
