Denmark — Alma Property Partners acquires 15 apartments and eight commercial units in Valby, Denmark. The transaction is the third residential transaction in Denmark for Alma’s opportunistic fund.

Denmark — The Danish Gambling Authority moves from Copenhagen to Odense. The move is carried through as a part of the Danish state’s workplace relocation.

Nordic — Round Hill Capital acquires a Nordic logistics and industrial portfolio consisting of 18 properties for approximately USD 200M (EUR 179.5M).

Denmark — Colliers International Denmark is experiencing a big increased demand, mainly in regard to real estate investments. The company’s gross margin increased from approximately € 8,8 M in 2014 to almost € 12,10 M in 2015.

Norway — 2015 broke all records on the Norwegian transaction market and properties for NOK 120 billion (€13M) were sold. The brokers believe that 2016 will be good as well, but they expect lower levels.

Sweden — Areim Fund II acquires the property Brahelund 2 in Frösunda, Stockholm from German Commerz Real. The total lettable area is ca 41 000 sqm, of which ca 18 000 sqm office premises are vacant today.
