Insig buys residential portfolio from Rikshem

Sweden Sweden — Insig has signed an agreement to acquire a consolidated residential portfolio in Helsingborg from Rikshem. The portfolio comprises eight properties totaling 12,892 square meters across 170 apartments. The agreed purchase price is SEK 235 million, with an annual rental value of SEK 19 million. Completion is scheduled for 1 April.
