The properties are centrally clustered within the City of Helsingborg, providing efficient management conditions and forming a strong operational base for continued expansion in western Skåne. The majority of the buildings were constructed in the 1980s and offer opportunities for value-enhancing investments as well as energy-efficiency improvements that reduce operating costs.
“We continue to strengthen our presence in western Skåne and are here acquiring a well-assembled and efficiently managed property portfolio in Helsingborg. Together with our existing holdings in northwestern Skåne, this acquisition improves our operational efficiency and geographic concentration. With potential for value creation through energy transition measures and revenue-enhancing initiatives, the properties align well with Insig’s growth strategy. We are pleased to have successfully completed this transaction with Rikshem and look forward to continued expansion,” says Dan Astrén, CEO of Insig.
Advokatfirman Lindahl acted as legal adviser to Insig in the transaction.
