The portfolio consists of three properties, with a total lettable area of 9,818 square meters, of which 78 percent of the property value consists of housing and 22 percent of premises. the purchase takes place in the form of a company with an underlying property value of SEK 65 million. The seller is Hallbergs Hyreshus and access was completed on 16 May.
