Sweden — Niam Real Estate, on behalf of its Core-Plus II fund, has entered into an agreement to divest two properties in Flemingsberg, Huddinge Municipality, south of Stockholm. The properties are being acquired by Delcore Fastigheter, a joint venture between ICA Fastigheter AB and the pension company AMF. The transaction includes the retail property Generatorn 4 and the public property Generatorn 5—both fully leased assets with strong cash flow.

Sweden — AMF is investing approximately SEK 190 million (EUR 17.3 million) in Delcore Fastigheter, which is jointly owned by AMF and ICA Fastigheter, in order to finance the purchase of four larger retail properties.
