Sweden — Newsec and Folksam Fastigheter have signed new lease agreements in the historic property Ormen Större 20, which has recently undergone renovation. In connection with the refurbishment, the office concept Publique was also launched. New leases have now been signed with tenants in the property located at Hornsgatan 54, by Mariatorget.
