Denmark — Gefion Group has sold the modern rental property at Frederikssundsvej 100 in Copenhagen to the fund SFM Bolig+ II. The property, consisting of 73 newly built studio apartments, was developed to meet the growing demand for compact and functional housing in the capital.

Denmark — Due to the large shortage of student housing in Copenhagen, Gefion Group has built a number of colleges in the Copenhagen area. Most recently, Gefion Group has developed, built and rented a college close to Fuglebakken Station. The college has 143 bright and modern studio homes and has been sold to a group of investors.
