Nordic — Partners Erika Olsén and Therese Rattik will assume joint leadership as Co-Managing Partners of Areim, ensuring continuity and maintaining the company’s focus on growth and development. Henrik Brinck Landelius will resign as CEO of Areim to pursue his career outside the firm.

Sweden — Areim and the National Pension Service of South Korea (NPS) have entered a strategic partnership where NPS becomes a minority stakeholder in Areim, supporting Areim’s growth ambitions for the coming years, while the team remains independent in its operations.

Nordic — Areim has completed an additional capital raise for its Nordic data centre fund, Areim DC Fund, bringing total raised capital to EUR 900 million. The capital raise was significantly oversubscribed and adds both Nordic and international institutional capital, further diversifying the investor base. Over the past two years, Areim has raised more than EUR 1.2 billion of capital to the platform, including equity, debt, and bond capital.
