Norway — Urban Partners’ Logicenters and Oslo Airport City have entered into an agreement with Veidekke Logistikkbygg to construct an environmentally certified logistics facility that will be leased to Scanasia and offered to future tenants. The design & build contract is valued at more than NOK 200 million excluding VAT.

Norway — Oslo Airport City (OAC) and Nrep’s logistics platform, Logicenters, have entered into a joint venture and partnership agreement to develop OAC’s logistics park in Gardermoen business park (Ullensaker municipality) The collaboration involves a land bank of approximately 480,000 sqm gross area, with 353,000 sqm designated as developable land. The area was fully zoned earlier this summer.
