“This is the third project in a short period of time with Oslo Airport City, which confirms the strong and constructive collaboration that we greatly appreciate. This time, we are also teaming up with Urban Partners’ Logicenters, which is exciting. We would like to thank them for their trust and look forward to the journey ahead,” says Roar Kristiansen, Managing Director of Veidekke Logistikkbygg.

The total building area will be approximately 20,800 square metres, of which around 5,600 square metres will be specially adapted for Scanasia, including offices, dry storage, refrigerated and frozen storage. The remaining part of the building is currently available and can be tailored for one or more tenants seeking to establish operations at Gardermoen. The building will be environmentally certified according to the BREEAM-NOR Very Good standard.

“We are looking forward to starting our first project at Gardermoen in collaboration with Oslo Airport City. This project aligns well with our portfolio strategy, where we offer tenants the opportunity to move quickly into high-quality, fully developed generic space, while also providing large land plots for customised new developments. We would like to thank Veidekke for a good and efficient process,” says Jørgen Bråten Nordby, Portfolio Manager at Urban Partners and Head of Logicenters in Norway.

“This project helps strengthen Gardermoen’s position as Norway’s leading logistics hub and represents the first step in the development of a new, large-scale logistics area. Together with Veidekke Logistikkbygg and Urban Partners, we are now delivering another scalable and sustainable building that meets the growing demand from professional market players,” says CEO Henrik Danielsen of Oslo Airport City.

A framework application has been submitted to Ullensaker municipality. Construction is scheduled to commence in May, with planned completion in the second quarter of 2027.

The contract is included in Veidekke's order book for Q1 2026.
