Norway — SBB acquries DNB Bank HQ in Oslo for SEK 4.5 billion (EUR 474M).

Norway — Entra has entered into an agreement with Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget (SBB) regarding sale of Entras property portfolio in Kristiansand. The Kristiansand portfolio comprise seven properties totaling approximately 45,000 sqm. Total transaction value is MNOK 863 (EUR 95M).

Sweden — SBB buys 16 properties in Säter and Karlskrona from Klövern. At the same time SBB acquires a portfolio from Borlänge municipalit. The combined transaction price is approximately SEK 1.6 billion (EUR 166M).

Norway — Samhällsbyggnadsbollaget (SBB) has aqcuired the company’s first property in Norway. The property is of 26,000 sqm. It’s newly renovated and has the Norwegian State as tenant.

Sweden — Ilija Batljan’s Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget invests heavily. During the end of August and the beginning of September they’ve made five purchases – among them the company’s first purchase in Gothenburg.

Sweden — Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget created by Ilija Batljan purchases a large urban development project in Falkenberg. The total investment will be approximately €260 M (SEK 2,5 billion).

Sweden — Ilija Batljan’s Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget will in five years have a property value of SEK 15-20 billion. “We are aiming towards the markets where there is barely any competition” says Ilija Batljan at Fastighetsmarknadsdagen in Västerås.

Sweden — Ilija Batljan was for the most part freed in the inspection of Rikshem. He now tells Nordic Property News about his feelings on what has happened – and about his new company. “The goal is to have a real estate value of SEK 15-20 billion in five years.”

Sweden — Rikshem purchases 49 percent of municipal Värmdö Bostäder and parts of Värmdö’s municipal property portfolio for approximately MSEK 1,4 (€149 M). In addition Rikshem will construct another 500 housing units on land acquired from the county.
