NCC sells new community property project in Espoo

Finland Finland — NCC is selling the Cleantech Garden community property project in Espoo, Finland, which comprises approximately 13.750 square meters of leasable area for SEK 900 million, approximately EUR 80 million. The buyer is Suohki, a social infrastructure company in Finland, wholly owned by Infranode. The City of Espoo will become the largest tenant in the property with a new school.

Platzer sells to Infranode

Sweden Sweden — Platzer has sold the school property Högsbo 55:13 in the Södra Änggården district of Gothenburg to Infranode. The school, developed by Platzer, covers 10,000 square meters and was completed in 2024. The property is being sold for SEK 552 million (EUR 48 million) with vacated on February 28, 2025.
