Areim strengthens Västerås presence with 17,000 sqm light industrial acquisition

Sweden Sweden — Areim has acquired nine light industrial properties in Västerås, Sweden, with approximately 17,000 sqm of lettable area. With this acquisition, Areim increases the size of its Västerås portfolio to about 57,000 sqm and expands its total light industrial portfolio in Sweden to roughly 356,000 sqm.

Areim continues to grow its light industrial portfolio with acquisition from Castellum

Sweden Sweden — Areim has acquired four light industrial properties in Sollentuna Municipality, north of Stockholm, with approximately 20,000 sqm of lettable area from Castellum. The properties are located in the Edsberg industrial area. With this acquisition, Areim increases its light industrial portfolio in Greater Stockholm to roughly 125,000 sqm.

Areim buys light industrial portfolio from Castellum

Sweden Sweden — Areim has acquired eight light industrial properties in Västerås in Sweden with approximately 17,000 sqm of lettable area from Castellum. The properties are located in the Hälla and Hacksta industrial areas. With this acquisition, Areim establishes itself in Västerås, Sweden's sixth largest city, within the light industrial sector and expands outside the metropolitan regions.
