Sweden — K-Fastigheter and Kilenkrysset are expanding their cooperation with a new transaction. K-Fast Kilen AB, which is owned 51 percent by K-Fastigheter and 49 percent by Kilenkrysset, is acquiring a property portfolio in the municipalities of Gävle and Uppsala from K-Fastigheter. The transaction concerns residential properties that K-Fastigheter has under management, construction and planning in Gävle and under management in Storvreta outside Uppsala.

Sweden — SLP has acquired and taken possession of two fully leased logistics properties in Haninge, Jordbromalm 6:90 and Jordbromalm 4:4, in a so-called “off market transaction” with Kilenkrysset. The properties have a total lettable area of approximately 24,000 square meters, with large parts consisting of cooled areas, and have a total annual rental value of approximately SEK 29.5 million. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 465 million.
