Sweden — Prisma Properties has signed agreements to acquire two properties in Arvika and Mariestad. The properties comprise a total of approximately 12,000 square meters of leasable area and include two new Ica Maxi stores. The acquisitions are being carried out through a forward funding structure at an underlying property value of SEK 345 million, before deduction of deferred tax. The seller is the property developer Kynningsrud.

Sweden — Regio divests a portfolio of 27 properties located in Stockholm and Gothenburg, with a total lettable area of approximately 95,000 square meters. The buyer is Greykite European Real Estate Fund I.

Sweden — Arwidsro acquires modern grocery-anchored retail properties in the Överby Handelsområde from Regio. The acquisition includes 20,861 square meters of leasable area with a property value of SEK 440 million and a rental value of SEK 34.8 million. The properties have an average lease term of over four years and an economic occupancy rate of 100 percent.

Sweden — Alma Property Partners has, together with Atell, acquired the property Bylingen 1, located on Södermalm in Stockholm, from Deka Immobilien. The property comprises 14,200 sqm of lettable area and features modern office space with Viaplay Group as the main tenant.

Sweden — Pictet Alternative Advisors has completed the acquisition of a newly built logistics property in Halmstad. The property comprises approximately 18,300 square meters of logistics space of institutional quality. The acquisition was completed for Pictet's Core Plus strategy.

Sweden — A new Swedish real estate company, founded by amongst others Lennart Sten, former Europe Manager at GE Capital Real Estate, purchases 44 retail properties from Areim.
