Sweden — Slättö has divested four social infrastructure properties located in Borås, Alingsås, Gotland and Karlstad to Lanthem, a joint venture between Hemsö and Lantmännen. The total property value amounts to SEK 567 million.

Sweden — Hemsö and Lantmännen Fastigheter's jointly owned company, Lanthem, has acquired a community property in Eslöv with the Swedish Police as the largest tenant. The seller is Skånes Företagsservice AB.
