The property, Rovan 15, has a total area of approximately 6,000 sqm and is fully leased to the Police, as well as Avonova Hälsa, which rents a smaller area. The acquisition is an important step in Lanthem's long-term plan to develop and manage community-critical properties.
Lantmännen Fastigheter, which is responsible for the technical operations for Lanthem, already has an extensive management presence in Eslöv.
"Lantmännen Fastigheter and Hemsö formed the joint venture company Lanthem with the aim of developing and managing community properties. The acquisition of the community property in Eslöv fits well into our management structure, and we look forward to a good and long-term collaboration with our new tenants," says Petter Melin, Operations Manager for Lanthem and Regional Manager for Lantmännen Fastigheter in Skåne.
The tenants have been informed that they will have a new landlord, and before the transfer, which will take place at the turn of the year 2025/2026, the seller will carry out a major tenant fit-out for the Police.
"With Lanthem as the new owner, we ensure that our tenants are in safe hands with a stable and experienced property manager. This is very important both in our daily operations and in the property sales that are carried out," says Ulrika Andersson, CEO of Skånes Företagsservice AB.
In November 2024, Lanthem acquired nine community properties in Gotland, and with the acquisition in Eslöv, the property portfolio is further complemented. Advisors for Lanthem in the acquisition process were AG Advokat and Svalner Skatt & Transaktion. Skånes Företagsservice's commercial advisors were Zelvio, and legal advisors were Cirio Advokatbyrå.
