Sweden — Insig has signed an agreement to acquire a consolidated residential portfolio in Helsingborg from Rikshem. The portfolio comprises eight properties totaling 12,892 square meters across 170 apartments. The agreed purchase price is SEK 235 million, with an annual rental value of SEK 19 million. Completion is scheduled for 1 April.

Sweden — Svenska Handelsfastigheter acquires a property for food trade in Hudiksvall from Västra Hamnen Utveckling. The property of just under 2,800 square meters is located in eastern Hudiksvall and has Ica as the main tenant.

Sweden — K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter has completed a sale comprising four properties in Växjö with an underlying property value of SEK 650 million. K2A is transferring the properties with vacant possession on 30 June 2023. The buyer is Resinova Bostad AB.

Sweden — Klarabo has signed an agreement with Trelleborgshem for the acquisition of 27 properties with 807 rental apartments and associated premises. The acquisition is made at an underlying property value of approximately SEK 1 billion. In connection with the acquisition, Klarabo raises SEK 330 million through a new share issue.

Sweden — MKB and Skånska Travsällskapet has come to an agreement over the acquisition of Jägersro racecourse. The purchase means that Malmö gets a new district in Jägersro with approximately 3,400 new apartments and a new equestrian sport center.

Sweden — Stena Fastigheter and Ikano Bostad purchases Pripps’ former brewery area in Högsbo, Gothenburg, from Catena for MSEK 580 (€62M).
