Denmark — Logicenters will develop a 14,872 square meter property just outside Copenhagen. An almost twelve-meter-high cross-dock facility with modern and flexible specifications will be constructed and planned to be completed in 2020. The tenant Bring will move into the building upon completion.

Sweden — Logicenters and Kilenkrysset collaborate to develop a 150,000 sqm logistics park in Håbo, North of Stockholm.

Norway — Logicenters expands the property portfolio in Norway with the purchase of a newly developed logistics facility in Råde, 70 kilometers from Oslo.

Sweden — Skanska has sold a logistics facility to be built in Arlandastad, Sigtuna, for about EUR 23M. The buyer is Logicenters.

Denmark — One year ago Logicenters acquired a property of 31,100 square meters in port of Køge. This also marked the start for the development of a new distribution center for the tenant DKI Logistics A/S. The development was completed in the middle of April.

Denmark — British America Tobacco closed down their production in Denmark in 2011 and have wanted to sell their production plant in Vallensbaek since. The property – encompassing 12,000 sqm – is now sold to a fund under NREP Logicenters.
