Finland — Logistea acquires fully let property in Hämeenlinna with an underlying property value of EUR 25 million.

Sweden — Logistea has entered into an agreement to acquire the property Ytteråker 2:5, located in Vansbro Municipality, Sweden. The property has an agreed underlying property value of SEK 433 million, before deduction for latent capital gains tax of SEK 6 million. Lyko leases the entire property, which has a total lettable area of 36,652 square meters. The annual rental income amounts to approximately SEK 34.1 million, and the lease has a remaining term of approximately 19 years.

Norway — Logistea is expanding its property portfolio and has today entered into an agreement to acquire a logistics property in Bryne Næringspark in Time municipality just outside Stavanger through the acquisition of the property owner company Bryne Næringspark AS.

Sweden — Logistea has entered into an agreement to acquire the properties Grönsakshandlaren 4 and Grönsakshandlaren 6 in Malmö. The properties have an agreed underlying property value of SEK 150 million before deductions of SEK 10 million, including a deduction for latent capital gains tax. The properties are fully leased to Golvpoolen and Skåne Stadsmission and have a total leasable area of approximately 12,300 square meters. The annual rental income amounts to approximately SEK 14.3 million with an average remaining lease term of about 5.3 years.

Sweden — Logistea has entered into an agreement regarding the acquisition of the property Automobilen 1 in Nyköping, Sweden. The property has an underlying property value of MSEK 450 before deductions of MSEK 21, including deduction for latent capital gains tax. Nyköping municipality is the sole tenant leasing the entire property which has a lettable area of approximately 44,900 sq.m. The annual rental income amounts to approximately MSEK 43.9 with an average remaining lease term of 6 years.

Norway — Logistea has completed the sale of two properties in Norway for a combined underlying property value of NOK 171 million (EUR 15 million), which corresponds to the combined book value of the assets.
