The assignment includes three properties:

 

- Stödstorp 1:7 (Munksjögatan 8): approx. 12,253 sqm of leasable area for logistics, offices and social functions. There is also a grid connection of up to 5 MW for tenants who have a large electricity need. On the adjacent property Skogshyltan 1:4, there is also a building right of 135,000 square meters. - Källemo 1 (Källemogatan 12): approx. 7,552 sqm of leasable area for light industry, production, warehouses as well as offices and social areas.

- Fåglabäck 2:25 (Terminalvägen 2): a building right with a property area of 100,255 sqm, where up to 60,000 sqm of modern and tailor-made logistics space can be developed for one or more tenants.
