Sweden — Magnus Åkesson, CEO of Point Properties, has tendered his resignation. He leaves the Fastator-owned company following the resignation of Fastator's CEO Oscar Stibeck.

Sweden — Diös is selling a number of retail properties with a property value of SEK 737 million in Gävle, Falun, Umeå and Skellefteå to Point Properties AB. Through the sale, Diös is optimizing its portfolio in each city and creating the conditions for further growth and acquisitions. Transfer of ownership will take place 1st June 2022.
