Fastator announces that Magnus Åkesson, CEO of Fastator’s wholly-owned subsidiary Point Properties, has decided to resign from his position and has informed the Board of Directors accordingly.

Magnus Åkesson has stated that his reason for resigning is that he does not wish to remain as CEO of Point once Oscar Stibeck leaves the Group. Magnus Åkesson has a one-month notice period, though this may be subject to change by mutual agreement.

The Board of Point will initiate the process of recruiting a successor and intends to provide further information once the recruitment process has been concluded.
