Sweden — Bonava is starting production of a rental housing project in Sigtuna comprising 91 cooperative rental apartments and is, in parallel, selling it to a newly established JV between real estate investors Urban Partners (formerly Nrep), Granitor and Justim. The underlying property value in the transaction amounts to SEK 363 million. The project is being financed by the buyer, with regular payments being made during production. The homes are expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.

Sweden — Nrep is expanding its presence in the residential segment by acquiring 231 rental apartments in Årsta, Uppsala. The transaction, valued at SEK 485 million, is being carried out in partnership with Bonava, the project’s developer and seller.
