Sweden — Niam has entered into a joint-venture with Magnolia Bostad to develop two residential blocks in Gothenburg. The project is estimated to include around 350 condominiums and rental apartments, in varying sizes.

Finland — Niam has divested one of their office properties in Helsinki metropolitan area to Altaal. It was built in 2004 as headquarters for CGI in Finland. The building has seven floors providing space for 1,200 employees on 18,500 sqm.

Denmark — Niam has acquired 121 high-quality units to their Danish residential portfolio, focusing on offering affordable homes for everyone. The properties are located in Silkeborg.

Denmark — Niam and Milton Huse have entered into an agreement for the construction and purchase of two residential projects, comprising 244 homes. The majority of the homes are located in Haslev, central Zealand, and the rest are located in Lyndelse, just south of Odense, Funen.

Sweden — Niam, one of the largest private property owners in the Nordics, has launched a new infrastructure investment platform called Niam Infrastructure, and hires Sverker Åkerblom from Blackrock.

Sweden — Wästbygg AB has signed an agreement with Niam to acquire building rights in northern Stockholm at an agreed property value of approximately SEK 310 million.

Sweden — Niam expands its Stockholm team with Oscar Hägglund from Slättö, Karina Bernsell from Nordic Capital and Adam Lidén from JLL Debt & Financial Advisory.

Denmark — Niam has acquired a residential development project, located on a former industrial plot, where the historical Dalum paper mill resided. The project was acquired from the Danish full-service contractor MT Højgaard and will deliver 301 apartments in the coming years.

Sweden — Niam, one of the largest private property owners in the Nordics, has acquired a 24,500 sqm office building in Gothenburg from Torslanda Property Investment.

Denmark — Niam acquires 782 rental homes in Denmark from Birch Ejendomme.

Nordic — Niam has hired Jan Malms as Director to the Finnish acquisitions team, and Mathias Bonde to the Danish acquisitions team.

Sweden — Niam has entered into a binding agreement with Grosvenor Europe for the purchase of Haninge Centrum, a local commuter hub, in direct connection to the bus and commuter train station only 30 minutes away from central Stockholm. The total lettable area is just over 43,000 sqm and the property includes 750 parking spaces.

Sweden — Citycon has signed a binding, unconditional agreement to sell a portfolio of three shopping centres in Sweden to Nordic real estate investor Niam. The gross purchase price for the assets is SEK 1,483 million (147 million euros) and exceeds the assets appraised value.

Nordic — Niam and Netmore are initiating an extensive partnership that will begin with a pilot in Niam's properties in the new district of Värtahamnen, Stockholm and in selected properties in the other Nordic countries. Thereafter, the ambition is to roll out the open 5G technology in large parts of Niam's property portfolio in the Nordic region. Netmore delivers a turnkey 5G solution (5G-as-a-service) that enables both property owners and mobile network operators to offer 5G services on site.

Denmark — Niam has divested three office buildings in Denmark, all within 20-minutes drive from central Copenhagen. Together the properties comprise about 32,600 sqm of gross lettable area.

Norway — Niam has acquired an office building in Lysaker, ~10 minutes by car from central Oslo, Norway. The property is approximately 22,500 sqm and is fully let to Cisco Systems Norway AS with a remaining lease term of 3.5 years.

Denmark — Niam has divested an office and retail property in Algade, central Roskilde, in the greater Copenhagen area. The approximately 10,000 sqm property was previously headquarters to former Roskilde Bank and is a prestigious mixed-use landmark property located on the best high-street location in Roskilde.
