Sweden — Storsala has taken possession of two fully let investment properties in the Runö industrial area in Åkersberga. The properties comprise approximately 2,500 square metres of lettable area and strengthen Storsala’s presence in a municipality close to a major urban area with long-term development potential.

Nordic — Niam completed the final close for its seventh opportunistic real estate fund, Niam Nordic VII. With a total of EUR 1.1 billion in equity commitments, it is the largest private real estate fund in the Nordics.
