Sweden — Wästbygg Group’s subsidiary Logistic Contractor has been commissioned by Swedish Logistic Property to build a 22,000-square-meter logistics facility in Jönköping. The order value amounts to SEK 153 million. The agreement is conditional upon customary authority approvals, which are expected to be in place during September.

Sweden — Klövern acquires almost 500 rental homes in attractive locations in Solna and on Värmdö outside Stockholm from the real estate company Broskeppet. The transaction is carried out as a non-cash issue.
